Decide.
Do you want any customizations? We can add your logo to ribbon, wax seals, and notecards for additional cost. Keep in mind, customizations add to the turn-time. So the earlier you get in touch the better!
Turn-time : a few days to 3 weeks. It all varies on the order.

Deliver.
We pack each gift box to ship or bulk deliver. All product sourcing, packing, and shipping is done in Baltimore, Maryland.
A note about errors in the addresses we receive from you: We'll let you know if a box is returned, from there you will have 5 business days to tell us what to do. A new address incurs a $15 fee + shipping. If there's damage or an issue with the carrier, we'll replace it. No cancellations or refunds offered.
